Park Seo Joon memulai debut di dunia entertainment pada tahun 2011 dengan tampil dalam video musik single “I Remember” yang dinyanyikan oleh Bang Yong Guk. Dia kemudian mendapat peran pertamanya dalam Kdrama “Dream High 2” (2012) sebagai Si Woo.
